Coupling loss up to 2 GHz with virtual balun<\/h3><\/div>

Article and presentation about the User Forum Electric Cables. The article describes the measurement of the coupling loss on shielded balanced cables up to 2 GHz with virtual balun. In this case, the hitherto customary symmetry transformer is replaced with a four-port network analyzer and an application field. This allows measurements up to and above 2 GHz. The various possibilities for measuring the coupling damping with the triaxial method according to IEC 62153-4-9 are discussed.<\/p>\n<\/div>
