With its subsidiary in Singapore and worldwide sales agencies, the company is close to the market and its customers.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s figures speak for themselves: Sales and employee numbers have already increased continuously in the first year. The company meets the requirements of today&#8217;s markets with excellent quality and a focus on the wishes of its customers. This is not least due to the enormous motivation of the employees. As Eike Barczynski says of his employees: &#8220;Our colleagues see that their work is worthwhile, that each individual is working here for our future. This is an incentive for everyone to give their best every day. Everybody is involved, that creates a great working atmosphere! Since August 2019, bda connectivity has joined the ranks of training companies, thus setting the course for the future of the company with well-trained employees.<\/p>\n<p>On the product side, too, investments are being made in the future and in the literal &#8220;connectivity&#8221;.
