We at bda connectivity GmbH are delighted to announce that our colleague Dipl.-Ing. Bernhard Mund has been awarded the CENELEC Technical Body Officers Award. The award was presented on January 21, 2026, in Brussels by CENELEC President Riccardo Lama and recognizes his long-standing dedication to European standardization.
Bernhard Mund has been part of our company for over 40 years. He currently works in RF and EMC measurement technology, focusing on the development and technical support of our globally used CoMeT system – a triaxial measurement setup for testing the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of cables, connectors, and components, including those used in electric vehicles.
In addition to his work at bda, Bernhard Mund has been actively engaged in national and international standardization for more than four decades. His key roles include:
