TAE Esslingen: EMC of high-voltage connection components in electric vehicles

High EMC requirements are placed on HV connectors, e.g. a coupling resistance of 2 mΩ to 10mΩ and shielding effectiveness of approx. 50 dB. EMC-compliant design of HV connectors must be integrated from the beginning of development. This is done time- and cost-efficiently by suitable electromagnetic 3D simulations.
