After one year, company founders draw a positive balance for the company and work on future orientation.
Since the takeover of the Cable division of bedea Berkenhoff & Drebes by the managing directors Eike Barczynski and Christian Harel in September 2018, the company bda connectivity GmbH has developed very positively. “With the reorientation we have become more flexible and powerful,” says Eike Barczynski, “now we can use our potential correctly and tackle new markets. With its subsidiary in Singapore and worldwide sales agencies, the company is close to the market and its customers.
The company’s figures speak for themselves: Sales and employee numbers have already increased continuously in the first year. The company meets the requirements of today’s markets with excellent quality and a focus on the wishes of its customers. This is not least due to the enormous motivation of the employees. As Eike Barczynski says of his employees: “Our colleagues see that their work is worthwhile, that each individual is working here for our future. This is an incentive for everyone to give their best every day. Everybody is involved, that creates a great working atmosphere! Since August 2019, bda connectivity has joined the ranks of training companies, thus setting the course for the future of the company with well-trained employees.
On the product side, too, investments are being made in the future and in the literal “connectivity”. The company adds a new product line to its portfolio: High-quality indoor antennas, passive components and accessories for the telecommunications market. Christian Harel describes the new product line: “With these products, which meet the current and future requirements of the telecommunications market, we offer our customers a seamless connection from a single source.
In addition to cables and antenna technology, the “CoMeT” measuring system developed by the company is an important anchor for measuring the shielding effect of connectors, bushings and distribution components.
The successful first year is celebrated at a summer party together with all employees!
