In the light of increasing electromagnetic interference, bedea TELASS® BGAL CATV cables offer excellent protection whilst featuring ideal properties for laying and installing.

The cables are designed according to DIN EN 50117-2-1 (Indoor drop cables) and DIN EN 50 083, pt. 2 (Cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals, pt. 2: Electromagnetic compatibility for components and systems) and thus will perfectly meet all future developments in radio, TV, and satellite receiving technology.

bedea TELASS® BGAL CATV cables feature:

  • copper clad steel conductor with twice the strength of copper and thus high breaking resistance

  • centre conductor optionally serving as a pin in F-type telecommunication plugs

  • insulation made of high-grade polyethylene with high resistance to ageing and stress cracking

  • double sided AI foil with extreme elongation properties enclosed in a copper screening braid

  • PVC or PE jacket for easy laying

  • low reflection factor, i.e. high structural return loss
